Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself.

Shared access to rooftop pool, fitness centre, and restaurant (subject to building policies).

All shared areas are managed separately from us and may have limited access or rules set by the building- use at your own risk

Other Details:

🔒 Primary Guest Only:

For safety and compliance, we don’t allow third-party bookings — the person making the booking must be the one staying in the apartment.

🪪 Security & Check-In Requirements:

The building has strict access control for everyone’s safety. We’ll need a clear copy of you (and your guests) ID or passport before arrival, and you’ll also need to present the physical versions in person at check-in. Copies of any kind and driver’s licenses unfortunately aren’t accepted. No exceptions. Biometric recognition used for access to the building

👥 Registered Guests Only:

Only guests who’ve been registered with us may stay overnight. Please send through the ID copies of all overnight guests no later than 24 hours after check-in. All guests must check-in, in person, with their physical ID. Unregistered guests will not be permitted to sleep over, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

🅿️ Parking Note:

The apartment does not come with parking, but there is paid street parking available Mon–Fri (8am–5pm), Sat (8am–1pm).

🛋️ Neighbourhood Note:

The apartment is located on Loop street which a vibrant one-way street in town- often surrounded by new developments, construction sights, restaurants and clubs. Apartment is on the 11th Floor and there are thick windows which should help with the noise but it's best to be aware.

🧼 Longer Stays (14+ Nights):

For stays longer than 14 nights, a weekly cleaning & linen change applies at R450/week (charged separately) from the third week onward.

This fee isn’t included in the booking total due to platform limitations, but we’ll send a separate payment request after confirmation.

Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.

🔔 NB!! Smoking, exceeding occupancy limits, having unregistered guests or failing to follow the check-in process will result in immediate eviction without refund or warning.

If you’re unable to meet any of the requirements for a valid reason, please reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
